EXPERIENCE:
Responsibilities include the preparation and review of full narrative and form (HUD/FNMA) appraisal reports prepared on a regional/national basis for a wide variety of property types and purposes, including: office buildings; shopping centers and malls; industrial buildings; apartment buildings, and complexes, both conventional and subsidized; time share and special use properties such as waterparks, universities, marinas, prison sites, power stations, stone quarries, and various types of treatment facilities; portfolio analyses, highest and best use studies; court testimony; consulting assignments; as well as vacant land valuation in all zoning categories.

Previously employed as a principal and regional manager (Northeast and then created Wash., DC office) for Joseph J Blake & Assoc., a national real estate appraisal firm. Prior to this, he was affiliated with the firm of Wm. A. White & Sons, New York, NY, as a Vice President in the Appraisal Department. Responsibilities included narrative report valuations on all property types for a wide variety of appraisal purposes.
