POSITION: Senior Consultant

EXPERIENCE:

Joseph Buttarazzi is currently a senior consultant with RCDH & Co., responsible for a wide variety of appraisal assignments and new business development.

Prior to joining RCDH he was the principal Senior Portfolio Analyst with PNC Realty Investors, where he applied underwriting, portfolio management and investment strategy experience to a $2.9 billion commingled, private REIT.  There he also helped to underwrite over $300 million in equity and debt investments in existing and to be developed multifamily, retail, office and industrial real estate.

From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Buttarazzi was a sell-side equity research analyst with Adams, Harkness & Hill in Boston, MA where he provided research and analysis of the technology consulting companies.

He began his career as an investment banking associate with ING Furman Selz in New York in 1996.

Education:

Post Grad Work

1)  Mr. Buttarazzi expects to receive his MS in Real Estate in May 2008 from Johns Hopkins University.

2)  MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester (1996).

Undergrad:

BA in History from Villanova University (1991).

Other Education:

1) Passed the Level II of the CFA exam in 2006.

Publications:

Co-authored an article in the Pension Real Estate Quarterly in 1996.
